The Client Service Associate in Boston will support the Client Service Team in portfolio operations for various clients. Key responsibilities include implementing client investment strategies, assisting with portfolio reporting, and providing support to the Investment Team. The role requires collaboration with global Operations and Investment teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely execution of investment instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Service Managers with client communications and account monitoring.
- Maintain CRM documentation, prioritize client requests, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Understand alternative investment products and support trade execution and cash management.
- Review reports and invoices for accuracy and assist with audit and tax processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience preferred in investment operations.
- Experience with trade execution
- Experience with change in allocation
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
