Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a Client Service Associate in their Boston, MA location.
Responsibilities:
Client Service
- Respond proactively to client and internal inquiries, keeping clients informed of status updates and escalating issues when necessary.
- Research and identify internal issues impacting client service, escalating them as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support client requests, deliverables, and resolve issues effectively.
- Analyze inquiry trends to identify opportunities for training or process automation.
- Conduct regular meetings with client contacts to review pending items and discuss any concerns.
- Review internal reports and reconciliations for assigned client accounts, escalating potential service issues as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and review them with your manager for accuracy.
- Meet regularly with your manager and peers to share insights and provide updates to senior management when required.
Technology Management & Effectiveness
- Communicate product enhancements to clients and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Utilize internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate regular demos with clients to showcase platform features and reduce manual processes.
Relationship Building & Networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and enhance the client experience.
- Understand client organizational structures to engage the appropriate contacts for reviews and follow-ups.
- Participate actively in firm events, townhalls, and communications to stay informed about company activities.
Risk & Control
- Adhere to company policies and best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce or eliminate sending sensitive client information via attachments.
- Ensure attention to detail in all client communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Language skills relevant to the office location and client relationships.
