Job description

We are a long-standing and well-known Nashville-based investment firm, licensed in all 50 states, looking for a responsible Client Service Associate to perform a variety of tasks. This is a full-time entry-level position with benefits and potential for growth within the company. Additionally, the company will train and pay for necessary regulatory licensing.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in daily office needs, record management, and managing our company's general administrative activities
• Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients
• Ensure account documentation is accurately and successfully submitted. This includes preparing documents to be presented to clients, obtaining appropriate signatures, submission and follow-up of new account documentation.
• Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors and firm leadership in daily business practices
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for advisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment in which accuracy and attention to detail is crucial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Problem-solving, diligence, and analytical skills
• A high degree of attention to detail
