Client Services Associate - Connect Search, LLC : Job Details

Our client in Chicago, a prominent, wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join a growing team. This organization provides financial services to high net worth individuals and families. The individual in this role will collaborate with Client Advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and preparing materials for client meetings held 2–4 times annually.
• Attending and participating in client meetings, including follow-up tasks such as drafting letters and action plans.
• Monitoring and implementing client-agreed action items, ensuring the accurate execution of investment documentation.
• Reviewing quarterly client reporting packages and participating in calls to discuss materials with clients.
• Assisting in the creation and execution of tailored asset allocation and wealth transfer strategies.
• Coordinating with clients' external tax, legal, and other advisors to support tax, wealth transfer, and philanthropic goals.
• Contributing to new business development by preparing presentations.
• Participating in internal firm initiatives to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• A strong dedication to exceptional client service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to execute tasks effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with various investment asset classes and foundational investment concepts, including alternative investments.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, family office services, tax, or investment management for high-net-worth families.
• CPA, CFP, or MBA credentials are a plus.
