Client Services Coordinator Job Description:
Assist with aspects of servicing clients by coordinating with their retirement plan providers, facilitating communication between all parties, reviewing required action items for administrative items related to investment management, and ensuring a smooth fund change experience. Work with an established team to provide satisfactory client service to our partners and clients. This entry level role is in-person at our office in Austin, TX.
Roles/Duties:
- Professional communication skills in email, phone calls, or team-based settings
- Maintain notes and updates within a CRM
- Work on recurring quarterly and ongoing projects, both individually and within the department
- Serve a resource of knowledge for clients on our operational processes
- Ability to use multiple systems to review client's accounts and track items Initiate fund change communications with external parties for clients Connect appropriate team members with email or call inquiries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications And Desirable Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (all majors encouraged to apply) or 2 years industry-related experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work well in both a team environment and independently
- Client service mentality, adaptability, and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
- Experience with online CRMs preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams at a time with high attention to detail
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
