What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance or related discipline OR equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 + years of work experience in real estate, marketing, finance, capital markets, or related industry.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Texas

What success looks like

  • You have experience supporting proposal responses as related to the transaction management process.
  • You will compile market data (rent comparable analysis, sales comparable analysis, demand drivers, etc.)
  • You will prepare correspondence, documents, flyers, Requests for Proposals, LOIs, reports, account invoices, etc. with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • You will work closely with assigned brokers to maximize their time and productivity.
  • You will prepare and produce large presentations of tour books or property flyers.
  • You will create and edit presentations for prospect/client meetings.
  • You will manage, update, maintain and post transactions in our databases.
  • You will coordinate with office building management for service and maintenance requests.
  • You will monitor office supplies and equipment and be responsible for restocking and coordinating with vendors as needed.
