Client Services Manager - 24 Seven Talent : Job Details

Salary: $55-70k

The Client Success Manager is responsible for exceeding client expectations by identifying new ways to help clients achieve their goals, maintaining effective communication, and serving as a conduit between our agency and clients. This role prioritizes client satisfaction and fosters strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the agency externally and advocate for clients internally
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication
• Educate clients on agency processes, timelines, budgets, scopes, etc.
• Oversight of client budgets, growth measurement, reporting & success evaluation
• Pursue opportunities to enhance overall client success.
• Maintain knowledge of all products & services offered by agency
• Create deliverables that meet or surpass client expectations
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients while monitoring their satisfaction levels & effectively communicating value provided by our agency
• Ensure accurate billing, collections & reconciliations for clients

Experience:

• A minimum of four years experience in marketing and client services
• Agency experience (working at or with) is a plus
