Job Description :

We're seeking a highly skilled, energetic, full-time Client Service Manager (CSM) who is honest, hardworking, and organized to join our fast-paced financial planning firm. In this role, the CSM would work directly with Matt to create a great client experience.

The specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

GENERAL SUPPORT & MARKETING

  • Responsible for helping to maintain a full calendar with 20 to 25 client/prospect meetings each week.
  • Spending 1 hour on the phone daily contacting clients & new referrals to schedule meetings with Matt.
  • Maintaining Matt's calendar, coordinating reschedules, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Managing in-bound e-mail and phone communications from clients and referrals while Matt is in meetings.
  • Building client loyalty and our brand in the community through our social media presence, and newsletter.
  • Track and report team production.
  • Working with the marketing department to organize events with clients.
  • Support Matt in driving towards organizational and team goals.

CLIENT SERVICE & FINANCIAL PLAN PREPARATION

  • Coordinate the preparation of Financial Plans and Presentations through our Financial Planning Services Team
  • Prepare Insurance applications and see them through until approval.
  • Prepare for review meetings with updated planning material.
  • Managing new client onboarding and preparing paperwork needed for new policies and investment accounts.
  • Manage onboarding of new clientele to make sure they have the best client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Alignment with firm values and genuine interest in serving our community through world-class financial planning.
  • Absolute integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality in relation to our client's financial affairs.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and comfortable phoning including objection handling and conversational e-mail communication.
  • Must be great with new technology, our firm is nearly 100% paperless and much of what we do is digital.
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous financial service industry experience preferred.
  • Preferred CA life and health, series 6 and 63 licensed or willingness to gain licensing upon employment.
