The Client Services Manager Position

The Client Services Manager provides Commercial Property & Casualty support to the firm's clients. As a key member of the client services team, The Client Services Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with clients through daily servicing and monthly renewal processes for commercial clients.

This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Client Services Manager Position

• 5+ years of account management or collaborative client experience is strongly preferred
• Property and Casualty License is required
• Exceptional written/oral communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
• Effectively operate Microsoft Office and associated programs
• Retain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure for the Client Services Manager Position

This is a full-time salary position with a competitive pay rate and employer paid health, dental, and vision benefits. The Company also offers an annual performance-based bonus plan and the opportunity to learn and grow within the Company.

Following the introductory training period, this position requires an in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the workweek.
