CLIENT SERVICES REP - Ultimate Staffing Services : Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Rep to ensure smooth order flow within their Methuen, MA facility. This is an onsite role where you will manage job orders, coordinate production needs, and maintain accurate records while collaboratingwith both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with management, sales, and customers to ensure clear and accurate order details
• Assist Accounts Receivable with resolving customer payment issues
• Prepare and manage job orders, including specifications, factory tickets, and approvals
• Use the ASI system to process orders, create acknowledgments, manage factory tickets, invoices, and shipping documentation
• Oversee customer inventories, work-in-progress, and receivables
• Request quotes and process job orders with the correct specifications and approved samples
• Assist with graphics, ink matches, and structure approvals as needed
• Manage logistics by obtaining freight quotes, scheduling pickups, and confirming shipping details
• Maintain customer sample files and process obsolete material requests

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in order entry, ideally in a manufacturing or printing environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with job shop systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
