**Job Description: Client Services Representative ** On-Site**

**Overview:**

Join a rewarding and dynamic profession in the Financial Services and Wealth Management industry as a Client Services Representative. You will play a key role in supporting the Lead Financial Planner by preparing presentations and materials for business development meetings. This role involves attending meetings, taking responsibility for follow-up tasks, and managing communication with clients and partners. The position is based on-site in Coconut Grove, Miami.

**Salary:**

- $50,000 to $65,000, based on experience and relevant licenses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Lead Financial Planner by creating and organizing presentations and materials for business development meetings.

- Attend business development meetings with the Lead Financial Planner and follow through on post-meeting action items.

- Handle a significant amount of phone communication, following up with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and effectively with co-workers, clients, and management.

- Engage with high-net-worth individuals, including wealthy clients and celebrities, with confidence and professionalism.

- Maintain organized and detailed records for clients and internal use.

- Assist in administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the financial planning team.

**Education Requirements:**

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Proficient PC skills (or Mac), including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Access is highly preferred.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Enjoyment in making phone calls to clients, vendors, and management.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Highly organized and capable of multitasking.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and stay composed when speaking with wealthy individuals or celebrities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires follow-up and attention to details.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):**

- Knowledge of investments, insurance, trusts, banking products, and financial planning is a plus.
