Family Credit Management is a nationwide debt management organization looking for friendly, compassionate, and focused individuals to assist our active clients daily. Our client service representatives primarily assist clients over email and text, with some phone calls as needed, ensuring they receive all the benefits of our program.

Experience in an office setting or customer service environment is preferred but not required.

This position is full-time and in-person at our Rockford office located at 4306 Charles Street.

Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills. This client services role communicates primarily through email and text. This must be done in a professional, effective, and compassionate manner at all times. Strong typing skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While much of the day is spent communicating with existing clients through email and text, other time will be spent researching client issues and performing other tasks to assist the department, such as taking client calls.
  • A positive attitude at all times. Most of our clients are undergoing personal distress and deserve our undivided attention, support, and a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional follow-up with clients to ensure all concerns are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • The ability to work independently while taking direction from management.
  • Computer literacy. Experience with Outlook, Word, etc., as well as the ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM, is required.
