Description

The Client Services Representative follows established procedures to correctly and efficiently process stock and modified client orders in the order entry system. The Client Services Representative develops relationships with clients to ensure client expectations are met.

Responsibilities

* Processes client stock and modified orders for clients.

* Project manages client orders from production through delivery for clients.

* Communicates any changes or problems with order to clients. Acts as the client's primary point of contact for most questions and issues.

* Provides excellent customer service by responding to client questions or requests for information in a timely manner.

* Provides excellent customer service by working with the client and Tubelite's production and/or shipping departments.

* Works with clients to identify client concerns and issue replacements in a timely manner for any missing, damaged or incorrect products.

Requirements

* Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Ability to work well under pressure.

* Ability to multi-task.
