This position is a Contract-W2 with Onsite work set-up.We are looking for a Client Service Technician with strong Linux expertise to support employee-facing technical services. This role involves Tier 1/2 support for end-user technology, managing escalations, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with client-side projects. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of IT support experience, strong Linux and macOS skills, and familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and networking basics. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
