As our business grows, we are hiring a Client Solutions Associate to join our values-driven company. Reporting to the Client Solutions Leader, the Client Solutions Associate will combine excellent communication skills, attention to detail and healthcare industry experience to assist with lead qualification, proposal/RFP development, research to support account plans and maintaining the Salesforce database. The ideal candidate will multitask well, have high EQ, and be organized, energetic, creative and detail oriented. This is a 90%+ remote position with rich benefits.

Heres a sample of the kind of work you might do:

  • Perform lead qualification and fulfillment; work with Marketing and Client Executive team to qualify leads from various sources (e.g., digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, web site)
  • Participate in exploratory calls led by the assigned Client Executive; document call notes, assist with follow-up under the direction of the Client Executive
  • Assist Client Executives with proposal development and RFP responses; adapt baseline Freed collateral (prior sales proposals, case studies, methodologies/templates) to align with client-identified needs
  • Maintain Salesforce database of marketing leads, contacts, and progress resulting from sales and marketing campaigns
  • Support the Client Solutions team with meeting notes, track/maintain follow up actions and other operational functions
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in an inside sales, sales operations, product management, or marketing related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Process oriented approach, creative thinker, and able to adapt to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
  • Strong work ethic; demonstrates integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelors degree preferred
