About the Role:
As Manager, Client Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Tubi's success by developing custom strategies and innovative advertising solutions for our clients. Part of Tubi's broader B2B Marketing function, our Client Solutions team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams - including sales, media strategy, brand partnerships, and content - to create brand-specific solutions that inspire our clients and help deliver measurable results. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset to thrive in Tubi's fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Serve as a strategic partner to the Ad Sales team, driving adoption and growth of Tubi's advertising solutions
* Develop tailored, brand-specific strategies leveraging Tubi's ad products, audience data, and content offerings
* Act as a streaming and brand integrations expert for assigned accounts across key verticals like Retail, Telco, Tech, and more
* Present innovative programs and custom solutions to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensuring smooth pre-sale and post-sale processes
* Partner with the Ad Product Marketing team to advocate for client needs, contributing to the development of new offerings and capabilities
* Work with Measurement, Media Strategy, Account Management and Creative teams to craft RFP responses that show how Tubi will deliver results aligned with client goals
We're Excited If You Have:
* 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, media planning, or ad tech, with a strong understanding of the media and streaming landscape
* Proven track record of creating ad strategies for Fortune 500 brands across a range of industry verticals
* Expertise in the streaming, digital, and programmatic advertising landscape, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by advertisers in these spaces
* Experience designing impactful, consumer-friendly advertising solutions that align with client objectives
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to develop efficient workflows
* Experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders, both internal and external
* A roll up your sleeves mentality with a proactive approach to solving problems
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Base ($104,000 to $148,000 / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
