Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available. Our client is seeking a Client Statements Core Servicing Specialist in Nashville, TN. Role Description We're looking for a Statement Specialist to: • work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action. • drive the organization forward by working with purpose and passion. • ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal polices and contracts. Candidate will be responsible for: The Power User feed provides positions and balances to clients as input into their portfolio management processes. There are ~200 clients that receive this data today via Tumbleweed that need to be re-established using the new data exchange platform (Axway). Your team : You'll be working in the Client Reporting Operations team in Nashville, TN. In addition to other responsibilities, we are responsible for the creation and delivery of monthly statements to clients. Diversity helps us grow, together. Skills & Requirements Your expertise : • bachelor's Degree or equivalent • strong written and oral communication skills • ability to work independently and as part of a team • experience with procedure documentation and / or process improvement preferred • able to think creatively, flexibly and logically to solve problems Benefits/Other Compensation This position is a contract/temporary role where Hays offers you the opportunity to enroll in full medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401K and Life Insurance ($20,000 benefit).
