Welcome to MWS, we are a Holistic Health Center and we are looking for a Client Success Coordinator, our center is a welcoming place to our clients providing a sense of community, empathy, and understanding.

The ideal candidate is caring, empathetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about community and guest experiences. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH.

This position is for you if you are seeking to learn, grow, work in a team-driven environment, can handle multi-tasking, and are fluent in Spanish and English. Interest in nutrition, health, spirituality, and holistic medicine is a PLUS.

Duties include:

  • Answering phones
  • Booking appointments
  • Address scheduling conflicts
  • Closing sales for retail products and programs as recommended by therapists
  • Displaying exceptional knowledge of products, services and packages offered
  • Learning to use our internal booking system and demonstrating proficiency in application.
  • Teamwork - Helping your other team members
  • Management support including training Reception candidates.

Other requirements include:

  • Strong customer service and sales skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact, and diplomacy. Engaging personality and detailed oriented skills are essential.
  • Strong oral communication in Spanish and English.
  • Time management and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology is required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment a plus, similar to a day spa, salon, retail, luxury, call center, or reservation booking
  • Interest in wellness and holistic health care is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC and keyboarding skills.
  • Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
  • Available to work varied shifts (evenings and weekends)
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Hourly Rate

$17.00 p/h during training and $19-21 p/h after based on proven efficiency and experience.
