A day in the life.

A Client Support Associate within the Employee Health & Benefits team is an integral team member who supports the Account Management and Sale teams with high quality work product to ensure client needs and expectations are met. The Client Support Associate can expect on the job training, mentorship, career pathing and general support from both management and team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include the following:

* Coordinating and completing the marketing process for new and renewal group business, including compiling census data, benefit plans, rates, experience, soliciting quotes, monitoring bid requests, corresponding with carriers, and preparing complex cost sheets according to the marketing process and workflow guidelines outlined in the Resource Guide.

* Supporting preparation of client communication materials used in Strategic Planning, Renewal and/or Quarterly Claim Reviews, Open Enrollment meetings, Stewardship, Capabilities or Finalist presentations, and any other client facing interactions during the year.

* Providing strong customer service to clients, including directing or responding to client telephone calls and emails.

* Clearly demonstrating compliance with all processes, procedures, workflows and documented standards to deliver accurate materials in a timely manner.

Our future colleague:

* At least a year or more of experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a brokerage or agency setting

* Effective oral and written communication as well as relationship building skills are essential

* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Exceptional time management and organization skills

* Active insurance license within 3 months of employment

This additional qualification is a plus, but not required to apply:

* Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or other relevant program

The applicable base salary range for this role is $38,800 to $82,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
