You will work with children alone and in groups, developing and performing activities to enhance functioning based on their treatment plans. This position will require evening work; however, your schedule is up to you.* The Day-to-Day* Developing activities to enhance the child's functioning, within established treatment plans* Working directly with children ages 4-18, individually and in groups, providing services on site or in their home, school, or community* Scheduling services and documenting progress in the child's health record* Training in crisis response procedures and providing 1-on-1 support to clients in crisis* Other Duties as Assigned* Being an on-call resource for crisis services* Assist with medication compliance* Acting as an advocate for mental health rights and community integrationWho You AreThe ideal candidate is reliable and trustworthy, (you will be expected to set and keep your own schedule!), and has experience/a passion for working with children. They are also flexible and creative, as we give CSPs the freedom to plan out activities themselves.
