Client Support Worker - Upson County - Gilmore Center - M-F Days 7:30am - 3:30pm

Perform direct support to adults living with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a community-based service center. Supports must be provided as directed by the individual support plan. Services provided must be documented in the individual's electronic health record. Performs activities which support the indivual's inclusion in the community.

NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record

Database

Drug Screen

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years

TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
