Client Systems Analyst - Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation : Job Details

The Client Systems Analyst maintains the lifecycle of moderately complex to complex technology solutions. Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and maintains client systems. This includes client systems hardware, peripherals, supported applications and operating system software. Client Systems Analysts provide technical analysis, assessment, research, and testing of end user technologies. The role provides support for issues escalated and for those related to systems they maintain. Client Systems Analysts provide and/or assist with problem resolution related to systems they integrate with or maintain directly. The role includes administrative, operational, and project management related responsibilities. Maintain corporate client system technology solutions. Development of and implementation of corporate client system technology solutions. Design for corporate client system technology solutions.
