Client Systems Support Technician - Sweetwater : Job Details

Job Requirements

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Deployment Technician to add to our growing Client Operations team. You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of IT related tasks throughout the diverse Sweetwater enterprise. This work includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and a variety of iOS/mobile devices. This is fast paced position that requires a candidate with amazing customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide hardware and software support for MacOS and iOS devices

* Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of technology such as printers, cameras, Raspberry Pi's, Chrome-boxes, etc.

* Identify and troubleshoot basic networking and telephony issues

Qualifications

* Great customer-facing communications skills; in person, on the phone and via email.

* Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive

* Strong personal computer troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

* Passionate about electronics and consumer products

* Basic understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting skills

* Microsoft Windows Competency and experience with Active Directory (preferred)

* You are the kind of person who tries to improve whatever crosses your way

* You are handy, are not afraid of building and changing things
