Position: Venture Capital Associate, Climate-Tech

Location: SF or Boston

A venture capital fund focused on climate tech is seeking an Investment Associate to support its early-stage, impact-driven investments. This fund targets high-risk, high-impact opportunities in technologies aimed at addressing climate challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating early-stage startups in the climate tech space (pre-seed to Series A)
• Overseeing the investment pipeline and fostering relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and co-investors
• Conducting market research, financial modeling, and due diligence
• Assisting with impact and financial reporting for stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience; a background in sectors such as energy, environmental tech, biotech, agriculture, mechanical or electrical engineering, nuclear, and similar areas is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-driven, impact-focused approach to work
