Responsible for assisting providers with optimization and improvement strategies for all practice workflows, projects, and initiatives related but not limited to Dimensions Ambulatory EHR. Provides field support for provider education, new organizational initiatives, and enhancement of the provider experience. Collaborates at all levels with NHmg practices, Corporate Departments, especially IT and Dimensions Training and Education. Focuses on identifying and supporting best practices, safety and compliance to maximize the patient experience. Optimization front-line support for all ambulatory clinical team members and physcians and APP's, On Call for Dr Dimensions emails and requests, Site visits and customization support for physicians and APP'sQualifications:It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
