Job Description:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Entry-level support individual contributors.
- Work is closely supervised.
- Work consists of tasks that are routine.
- Explains facts and practices related to the job area.

- Works with close supervision on routine tasks.
- Detailed instructions are provided and close peer review is required.

Education and Experience:

- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products.
- Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
Nice To Have:
- Microscope experience.
- Soldering experience.
- Experience handing small products/microchips.
- Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology (preferred).
- Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production) Soldering certification preferred.

Degree/Certification Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience.
