CLINIC ASSISTANT FLOAT - SPECIALTY - St Croix Health : Job Details

Full-time Benefit Position - Specialty Base schedule Monday - Friday 0.8 FTE (64 hours/2 weeks) Float between clinics: St Croix Falls, and Frederic Clinics. The Clinic Assistant is responsible for a variety of patient care responsibilities and other related duties in the clinical setting. The clinical assistant supports various Health Care Specialties in the timely delivery of services per provider/physician/RN direction and according to clinic policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of provider
• Manages patient follow-up activities and responsibilities
• Complies with department and organizational standards

RequirementsEducation & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program - OR - Current LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin and Minnesota
• Current BLS card required

Experience:Prior clinic experience preferredAdditional Information:

• Work schedules may vary depending on the provider schedule and may start before 8:00am and end after 5:00pm
