Origami Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant, full time Monday-Friday, to play a vital role in the success of our outpatient clinic in Grand Blanc, MI.Under the guidance of the Outpatient Program Manager, you'll help keep our clinic running smoothly by assisting therapists by supporting client care, managing equipment and inventory, ensuring organized and welcoming clinical spaces, and assisting with data collection for audits and quality assurance. In this role, you'll proactively identify and address challenges, communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.What You'll Love About Working Here:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support for client rehabilitation, assisting with therapy needs and ensuring optimal care delivery.
  • Conduct therapy session set-up and clean-up duties including sanitization, organization, and safety considerations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic to create a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Serve as a back-up for front desk needs (client check in/out, new admission support, client forms, multi-line phone support, and onsite delivery/mail processing).
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, peers, and external stakeholders.
  • Model professional behavior and maintain a positive therapeutic working environment.
  • Support quality assurance efforts through tracking, auditing, and verifying clinical, residential, and business systems.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, tracking, reporting, research, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain and organize clinic equipment, supplies, and linens, including inventory checks and purchase requests.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks, cleaning, and calibration of equipment.
  • Assist with telehealth setup and proactively address tasks using problem-solving techniques.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferences:
  • Knowledge of personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Prior medical office experience
Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel or crawl, and taste or smell. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
