Position Title: Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Upland Hills Health - Family Practice ClinicsRole & Department: Clinic CMA/LPN working in the UHH Family Practice Clinics (Spring Green, Dodgeville, Montfort, Highland, Mineral Point, Barneveld, Mt. Horeb clinics)Hours & Shift: Part-time 24 hours per week (.6 FTE) day shift position, will work three eight our shifts per week.
