Job Description

Mountain View Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for aDirector of Physical Therapy. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility, as well as focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing the facility and staff development. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and manage a clinic in a friendly environment where your performance will be respected and rewarded.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital setting
• Previous supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Previous clinical marketing experience is highly preferred
• Current state of Oregon license, CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000- $110,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
