Eligible for Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Pay Range: Days: $20.23 - $23.45 The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts. • Current NYS LPN license
• Graduate from an accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Previous clinic or hospital LPN experience preferred.
• BLS required.

Qualified LPN will participate in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients and provide clinical support and technical assistance to the medical professional and other staff while having knowledge of new trends and techniques. LPN will assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs as well as interview and record patient's medical history.
