This is for our Home Health Department in Yakima, WA. What you get to do every day! As the Clinic Manager you will beresponsible for leadership, direction and administration of staff providing clinical home health care services to patients .You will: Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services and day-to-day operations provided by clinical organization personnel. Provide guidance and counseling to the clinical team to assist them in continually improving all aspects ofcare services provide provided. Provide help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated. Oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of care. Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Responsible for the maintenance of adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of patient services Develop, implement and evaluate the orientation program for new organization personnel. Responsible for orientation of new organization personnel, directly or delegated. Plan and implement in-service and continuing education programs to meet the education and training needs of organization personnel. Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization. Requirements What you bring to the role: Current Washington State Register Nurse (RN) License. Current Basic Life Support certification. Four or more years of direct management experience in long-term care, hospice, home health or hospital environment. Current Washington State Driver's License. Maintain satisfactory driving record as outlined in Astria Vehicle Use Policy. Possess an automobile and maintain personal liability auto insurance. Oral and written fluency in the English language.
