Position Purpose: To provide excellent customer service to all patients, providers, staff and vendors. Inputs accurate information into EMR to ensure proper billing and communications processes. - Ability to check insurance and ensure they are entered in properly
- Working knowledge of automated appointment scheduling.
- Customer service experience in a high volume, multiple task, high stress environment.
- Experience handling difficult callers, customers and patients.
- Basic knowledge insurance.
- General knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions)
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable)
- Must complete employee health meeting
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Unencumbered License/Certification (if applicable)
Experience:
- Familiar with Medical Terminology helpful
- Past knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
- Bilingual preferred
