Clinic Receptionist - Pain Management - Full Time - Community Health Systems : Job Details

Job Description

The Lakeside Physicians receptionist is expected to greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services, when needed. Receptionists may operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls while relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The receptionist works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions of a receptionist do not typically require exercising independent judgment. The receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Education: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. The ideal candidate has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Prefer Bilingual (English and Spanish)
