Clinic Support Representative - Full Time - Covington County Hospital : Job Details

Clinic Support Representative completes the billing/collections process for the clinics. Communicates financial information to patients and insurance companies accurately and politely. Balances day sheets for TOS payments and patient/insurance ROA. Works denials, clearinghouse rejections and insurance rejections. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience preferred

Education

• High school graduate or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Good general health and stress coping skills
• Must be physically able to lift supplies and equipment as needed
• Must possess near vision acuity for accurate reading of files and processing of computer information
