_Please note- The annual base salary range is $65k to $80k. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.__--_The Supervisor of Care Navigation Services will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Care Navigation team, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care. This position will involve leading a team of Care Navigators, collaborating with healthcare providers, and ensuring that patients receive appropriate resources and support to navigate the healthcare system effectively.
