• Oversee dailymental health andbehavioral healthoperations to achieve program goals.
• Supervisediverse clinical teams, ensuring alignment withmental health
• Leadcrisis interventionefforts, emphasizing harm reduction and collaborative care models.
• Deliver services, includingcounseling, case management, and group therapy, for mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, andco-occurring disorders.
• Train staff inmotivational interviewingto enhance client engagement and improve outcomes.
• Ensure allbehavioral healthservices adhere to documentation and compliance standards.
• Foster culturally competent practices that promoteinclusion, belonging, and team excellence.

• Doctoratein Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or registered with the BBS or Board of Psychology.
• Three years of experience deliveringmental healthandbehavioral healthservices to underserved populations.
• Expertise incrisis intervention, motivational interviewing, andracial equity
• Proven ability to supervise diverse clinical teams and guide staff development

• Extensive knowledge ofbehavioral healthandmental healthneeds inBlack/African American
• Experience incounseling, case management, andtrauma-informed care
• Familiarity withharm reductionprinciples andmotivational interviewingbest practices.
