Essential Duties
- Oversee dailymental health andbehavioral healthoperations to achieve program goals.
- Supervisediverse clinical teams, ensuring alignment withmental health
- Leadcrisis interventionefforts, emphasizing harm reduction and collaborative care models.
- Deliver services, includingcounseling, case management, and group therapy, for mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, andco-occurring disorders.
- Train staff inmotivational interviewingto enhance client engagement and improve outcomes.
- Ensure allbehavioral healthservices adhere to documentation and compliance standards.
- Foster culturally competent practices that promoteinclusion, belonging, and team excellence.
Qualifications
- Doctoratein Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed or registered with the BBS or Board of Psychology.
- Three years of experience deliveringmental healthandbehavioral healthservices to underserved populations.
- Expertise incrisis intervention, motivational interviewing, andracial equity
- Proven ability to supervise diverse clinical teams and guide staff development
