Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

Maxim Healthcare Services Spokane, WA is hiring a Clinical Director – BCBA to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical leadership and oversight to behavioral and ABA programs
  • Leads and directs the office based quality management program in collaboration with other leadership partners
  • Leads and develops BCBA Supervisors, assessing performance and providing development opportunities based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and competencies
  • Collaborates with leadership partners to make marketing, business, hiring, and continuous improvement decisions
  • Assesses and implements solutions to process challenges, investigations, disciplinary action, and plans of correction
  • Engages behavioral direct care staff in feedback discussions regarding their recommended development and job satisfaction
  • Remains current with industry regulations including federal, state, local contract and program requirements
  • Accountable to all federal, state, local contract and program, and Maxim requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active license or certification in good standing in behavioral field (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst when applicable by state)
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the business line setting (e.g. home, community, schools) and at least one year of supervisory experience is required
  • Experience supervising behavioral services for toddlers, children, and adults preferred
  • Experience in quality management and budget management preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training and employee development
  • Experience in regulatory or payer audits or other required contracts
