Are you a passionate leader looking to make a lasting impact in the field of Behavioral Health? Open Systems Healthcare (OSH) is seeking a Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services to lead, develop, and oversee our behavioral health programs in Washington, DC.

As a Clinical Director, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we serve, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and monitor Behavioral Health Services to ensure compliance with DDS, DDA, and DC HCBS regulations
• Supervise behavior treatment service integrity and implement quality assurance measures
• Develop and enhance training programs for Behavioral Health staff and direct support professionals
• Collaborate with Service Coordination Organizations to develop individualized service plans
• Lead a team by interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring behavioral health professionals
• Engage in networking, research, and public speaking to expand the reach of behavioral health services

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field + 5+ years of leadership experience OR Master's degree in Social Services or a related field + 3+ years of leadership experience
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services
