Clinical House Supervisor - Jefferson County Health Center : Job Details

POSITION OVERVIEW:Provides leadership to all the patient care departments, ensuring appropriate quality of care and compliance with regulations, in absence of manager, director, and/or administration.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa RN license
• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS required; TNCC within 1 year of employment
• Demonstrated competence in management and/or leadership skills for a minimum of three years
• Computer skills required
• Willingness to complete de-escalation training when available

ACCOUNTABILITY: Reports to shared Medical Surgical Department Manager, Emergency and Education Director and Assistant Nursing Manager (If applicable)
