Come join our dynamic team!Lenape Valley Foundation's Acute Partial Hospitalization Program offers an opportunity for Graduate level students to work in an acute PHP delivering evidenced based care in a supportive caring environment. The Acute Partial Hospital Program is a comprehensive, short-term daily treatment program that provides therapeutic support for adults struggling with acute mental health challenges and substance abuse issues. The internship opportunity affords the graduate level intern exposure working within a dynamic team approach, offering evidenced based therapies, collaborative assessment, and management of psychiatric symptoms. The Acute Partial Hospital Program operates Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.Hear what some recent interns have had to say!! Being a part of the partial hospitalization team has been a rewarding experience thus far in my practicum and internship and will help me to be a more well-rounded clinician upon graduating. The atmosphere is very team-oriented, supportive, and colleagues are always available to consult with. Overall, Lenape Valley's Partial program has been a great experience that I highly recommend to those who are looking to build their skills working with clients with various presentations in a fast-paced, but very supportive environment. As a full-time student, my internship at PHP has fit perfectly into my schedule. I have an abundance of supervision and exposure to a high acuity of mental health care. The PHP team has helped me feel supported in my internship while also allowing me to grow independently as a future psychologist.
