The Laboratory Services Director will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are operated in accordance with advisory and regulatory agency standards, maintain a fiscally sound budget, develop and implement department initiatives that align with the facility's mission, oversee administrative operations, and ensure that the labs are operating at the highest standard of quality.

The Clinical Laboratory director will be supported by an experienced team of laboratory professionals to ensure that all goals of the department are being met, and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer to collaborate with them on Laboratory initiatives. Individuals with prior acute care Laboratory Director or Manager experience will earn quick interviews.
