Description:

A growing oral surgery practice, with three locations and five surgeons, is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our practice as a Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervision of clinical staff, oversight of clinical compliance, performing clinical duties, and assisting with other tasks involved in providing superior patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the direct supervisor for clinical team members.
  • Assists Practice Administrator with recruiting and training of clinical team members.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinical team.
  • Establishes and implements effective workplace procedures for the clinical team.
  • Develops strategy and vision for team and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines.
  • Ensures adherence to applicable regulatory compliance guidelines and state regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Dental Radiation Technician certification required.
  • Basic Life Support / CPR certification required.
  • Registered Nurse with current state license preferred.
  • Four or more years of related management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be in good physical condition and able to stand, bend, walk, and remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. Medium work that includes moving objects up to fifty pounds. Upper body strength and strong back muscles are necessary while aiding in the correct positioning of patient during surgery.
