Your Role:As a Registered Nurse at Garden Court Chateau, you'll help create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities include:

• Resident Advocate: Complete admission and discharge assessments, oversee care plans, and ensure each resident receives personalized services.
• Quality Care Leader: Monitor daily charting, review medication administration procedures, and provide mentorship to staff.
• Educator: Train new hires in health and medication protocols and provide ongoing education to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Community Connector: Assist with organizing events such as family picnics, entertainment, and coffee gatherings to foster a vibrant community.
• Relationship Builder: Work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals to build trust and provide exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• RN License: Current Minnesota licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Care Expertise: Knowledge of nursing assessments, care plans, and state assisted living regulations.

• Long-Term Care Experience: Preferred experience in assisted living or long-term care settings.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-Time Role: Includes occasional weekends and holidays, with participation in the 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Competitive Pay: $87,360-$91,520 annually.
