Description Pen Bay Hospital NursingReq #: 14367For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience! • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Summary: (This position will consist of 36 hours per week on the day shift.)The Clinical Nursing Coordinator RN - Special Care Unit role works collaboratively with nursing leadership to provide oversight and direction for patient flow and nursing care management and has responsibility for effectively facilitating the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and scheduling. Performs direct patient care as needed. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. 3. Experience: One year of charge/supervisory experience required. Two years of experience within department discipline preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
