Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.# Must be a Registered Dietitian for NYS, with current registration through the American Dietetic Association. ##Must meet one of the following requirements: 2 years experience as a Clinical Nutrition Manager or Chief Clinical Dietitian, 5 years as a Clinical Dietitian responsible for Long Term Care: Nursing Home-Resident environment, or minimum of 3 years supervising a clinical team of 3 or more. Preferred Qualifications:##Masters# degree, CDE, FS Sanitation Certification. Skills: Excellent communicator (verbal and written), profiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.# Management and leadership experience that provides quality service and directly related outcomes for all customers. Develops and implements cost-effective, profit-generating programs, functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team. #Works to improve nutrition care plans; establish and maintain: policies and procedures, standards and programs which provide optimal-cost effective nutrition care to all patients and residents.### Coordinates and directs all clinical activities; determining and implementing appropriate standards.# Oversees the diet office staff, MEDdietary program, and nutritional assistants, and interacts and provides educational opportunities for kitchen staff.# Responsible for:#leading, directing, coaching, training and developing the clinical team in the Studer tradition, while ensuring all state and regulatory agency standards are met (ex: JCAHO, patient satisfaction -Press Ganey, and company standards).
