NURSE- Clinical Office Manager ***NJ Nursing License Required*** As a Clinical Office Manager, you will dedicate 80% of your time to managerial duties and 20% to nursing responsibilities. Management Duties: - Oversee the main practice in Morristown, managing a team of around 80 people. - Ensure efficiency and compliance in daily clinical operations. - Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments. - Handle financial tasks such as billing, invoicing, and budgeting. - Supervise staff, including training and scheduling. - Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment. - Collaborate with human resources for staffing needs. - Ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers and administrative staff. - Oversee lab functions, including inventory management. Nursing Duties: - Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history. - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Perform specimen collection processing and manage laboratory results. - Assist in pain management strategies for patients experiencing discomfort. - Provide specialized care in areas such as ophthalmology, toddler care, and behavioral health. - Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC, including documentation of ICD-10 codes for diagnoses. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Hard Skills - Associates degree required - BS preferred
- NJ State Nursing License
- 5 years of nursing experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Outpatient, Urology, Oncology experience is a plus
Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Morristown, New Jersey.
Work Environment Shift: Monday - Friday. Start around 7/7:30am, with flexibility to start at 8am. The last patient will be seen at 4:30 or 5:00pm, with the latest end time at 6:00pm. This is a salaried role.
