A health services network in Westchester Country is currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (PharmD) for a great opportunity with their main hospital. Responsibilities: The Clinical Pharmacist (PharmD) will:

• Improve the monitoring and management of the clinical pharmacy antibiotic service to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of patient care
• Promote the clinical pharmacy development of pharmacy staff by providing clinical leadership and education
• Perform other duties, as needed

• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree
• Current New York State Registration
• Experience in a Hospital setting
