Program Statement: The Out-Patient program in Cuyahoga County offers counseling, case management, peer recovery support, prevention, and psychiatry services to our population including the FIRST/First Episode Psychosis team for the county.We deliver SUD, MH, and dual diagnosis services in the community, schools, and our offices.The program offers high quality treatment and care coordination that is trauma informed and comprehensive. What you will do: The Supervisor will have the opportunity to work independently with clinical staff and consult with NEOMED and OMHAS for the First Episode Psychosis program.The Clinical Program Director works with the Leadership team to offer high quality services according to the agency goals and mission are within the scope.The Director manage the site operations, and will provide utilization review and management of cases in the department and improved client outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity to develop staff to build their skills, provide quality services, and while training on strategies for achieving compliance in clinical documentation standards.
