Role Responsibilities

• Full Clinical Trial Lifecycle Management: Support and manage clinical trial processes from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Site Relationship Building: Act as a primary liaison with study sites, developing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with site staff and investigators.
• Quality Oversight and Training: Provide co-monitoring and support for junior CRAs, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance across study sites.
• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers and sponsors to support efficient trial execution and communication.
